- Shelves: Product Families (e.g. true-Xtender, true-Sign)
- Books: Products (e.g. true-Xtender Registration Authority, true-Sign Crypto Service)
- Chapters: Manuals, Releases
- Pages: The individual pages containing information (e.g. Introduction, manuals, specific release notes and related artifacts)
